Lots of people still appreciate old school video games. Nothing can beat hearing the old Super Mario theme song that we all know and love. Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis were the two biggest consoles of its time, and just like today's Playstation and Xbox, the two consoles from the past where dueling it out to become king of the hill. Some of the best childhood memories came from the past and most of 90's contains some of the greatest games ever made. Metroid and Street Fighter 2 were among some of the top games to be created along with legendary games such as Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and Megaman X. Many people still keep their childhood memories by keeping their old consoles rather than selling them.
Today's generation didn't get a chance to enjoy the old video games and arcades like kids of the 70's and 80's did. But now companies are finding ways to display the games of the past by reselling them through new age digital distribution and online stores such as eBay and Amazon. These days it's getting easier to find long lost games of the past and history lessons are being made to this generation because of it become easier to gain access to classic gaming thanks to online purchasing. Personally I like keeping track of my older games because I find that its essential to own vintage games to teach your kids or younger people about the origins of where company names or certain brands come from. Vintage video gaming is essential when your a gamer.
